Dr. Christensen works hand in hand with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Region to make sure that his patients recieve the best care possible.
Dr.Christensen performs limited oral surgery on his patients that is related directly to his patients care for orthodontic and airway treatment. Below is a list of procedures that he routinely performs in his office.
- Tongue and lip tie revision using the Light Scalpel CO2 Laser(Cold laser)
- Surgical uncovering of impacted teeth
- Gingivectomies
- Limited removal of decidous(baby teeth)
All other oral surgery procedures are referred to either the patients General Dentist or Oral Surgeon.
